Nature Walk at Artist Lane 2024
The Nature Walk we sponsored at the Artists Lane Preserve was a great success! Over 30 people joined the walk on a beautiful, sunny Saturday morning in October. The new open space preserve of 20 acres is one of the most pristine pieces of land on the island. The land was recently purchased from the White family. They are a well-known family of artists that include three generations of painters including Nelson Holbrook White who will be featured at a showing of his work at the Historical Society in 2025.
