Please Join us for the Menantic Peninsula Association Annual Meeting
August 5, 10-12
Presbyterian Church 

We hope to see you at the MPA Annual Meeting this coming Saturday.  We will have two sets of guests joining us:

• Alice Deupree and David Shanker from the Menantic Creek Keepers Association will talk to us about their efforts to understand and monitor the water in Menantic Creek. 

• Councilwoman, Meg Larson, will come to hear your thoughts about the needs of Shelter Island as a whole and specifically the Menantic area.  She is coming as the Town Board representative of the Shelter Island Comprehensive Plan currently in process. Please consider these questions and plan to share your ideas at the meeting. 

White Property Preservation

Board Message – 9/2022

The White property, located between Menantic Rd. South and West Neck Creek, has been preserved by the Community Preservation Fund of Shelter Island and Suffolk County.  It will be used for passive recreation, walking, and observing nature.
